...get tech help

Is your computer beeping at you?  Did your LCD projector magically stop working?  Are you ready to punt your desktop across the room?

Use the Tech Help form on the library webpage!  (obviously on a computer that is working:) )

On the York website, choose "Library Resources" --> "Teachers" --> "Tech Help" and fill out the form.  Below is a link to a gorgeous video that shows how to do this...prepare to be amazed...(there isn't sound)

If you aren't sure if this is the proper form to use for your particular issue, feel free to fill it out anyway.  It won't ruin our day if we have to redirect your concern.

Stephanie Sapp, our super awesome tech, is usually running around saving the world so walking down to the library is usually not the best way to get help.  If you fill out the form, someone else in the library may be able to help you before she returns (we are pretty smart too!).  It is now imperative to use this form if you want help ASAP.  You won't be denied help if you don't use the form, but you may have to wait because this is how we will keep everyone's needs organized.  Please understand that you will receive help as soon as possible...not immediately.
